Taken by Amanda Jayne
It was a beautiful hot day and we spotted these two zebras on an embankment. They were being very friendly with each other. Such a special moment to capture them like this.
We are auctioning this 39 x 26-inch print taken by Amanda Jayne until the 1st of March 2021. 100% of the proceeds from the auction (minus printing and shipping) is being donated to Grevy Zebra Trust.
The Grevy’s Zebra Trust (GZT) was established in 2007 to address the urgent need to conserve Grevy's zebra and is the only organization whose sole focus is conserving this species. GZT works exclusively with local communities, and through our conservation program covers an area of over 10,000 km2 in the Samburu, Isiolo, and Marsabit Counties of northern Kenya. GZT recognizes that the conservation of this endangered species cannot occur in isolation from people due to the fragile habitat both inhabit and because Grevy’s zebra, people and livestock rely on the same resources to survive. GZT strives to strike a lasting balance between the needs of communities and those of the endangered Grevy’s zebra. The outputs from our work with communities are being used to inform local and national conservation actions across the species range.
All our sizes are measured in inches.
All prints come with a 2 inch white border.
